Background/Updates/Discussion: CDC updated their definition of close contact for contact tracing purposes: old definition- any individual who spends a continuous 15 minutes within 6ft of an individual experiencing symptoms; new definition- any individual who spends a total of 15 minutes during 24 hours within 6ft of an individual experiencing symptoms
Notes: This policy rewrite was sent to LT before meeting and Heather only received feedback from Anne Fischer and Chris Kennedy. There were questions about who gets to be the ones who name places, the look should include our MLS branding. Heather will make changes and send it back around for review with changes, to make sure it is correct when it is taken to commission at a future meeting.

Telework Procedures
Draft procedures were discussed and revised. The extent of the time available for telework was decided to be 32 hours /pay period with the employee working at least one shift /week in their normal workplace (excluding light duty and other leave situations.) Employees need to report their telework schedule in Outlook and/or Schedule Anywhere. Reporting of daily productivity while teleworking will be reported each pay period to the Supervisor (defined in telework agreement) and could be shared in the monthly PD for each employee.
The group discussed and provided feedback regarding the proposed policy changes to SH 611 Unexpected Closure. Items discussed included a new extended closure pay category and the requirement for employees to check-in during extended closures.
Action required: Kelley Hoffman will send out an updated draft to the group for final review.
