*Required Learning Path for 2022*
Our focus for 2022 as a System will be strengthening our customer service Core Value.
Existing staff and staff hired before June 1, 2022 are required to complete one learning path on one of the three (3) designated core value paths– People First – Customer Service by August 31st, 2022.
Please choose one of the following Learning Paths below and enroll in EduBrite:
- Learning Path (Core Value): Customer Service Standards Option 1 4(h) 32(m)
- Learning Path (Core Value): Customer Service Standards with Emphasis on De-Escalation Option 2 5(h) 26(m)
- Learning Path (Core Value): Customer Service Option 3 7(h) 39(m)
Frequently Asked Questions on Learning Paths:
- When will the Learning Paths be available for me to enroll?
- The three Learning Paths are available for you to enroll on November 15th, 2021.
- Please get with your supervisor or Learning & Development if you have questions on enrolling or which path to enroll in.
2. When do I need to enroll in a learning path by?
- Existing staff or new staff hired prior to December 31st, 2021 will need to enroll in a path by December 31st.
- Staff hired from January 1st, 2022 to June 1st, 2022 are required to enroll in a learning path within one month of hire.
- Staff hired after June 1st, 2022 are outside the performance review period and exempt from completing a path.
3. When do I need to complete the learning path by?
- You should have all components of your Learning Path completed by August 31st, 2022.
4. What happens if I do not complete a Learning Path?
- Failure to complete this System-wide requirement will result in an automatic Needs Improvement in the Professional Development Competency of your 2022 Performance Review.
What is a learning path?
A learning path (aka - learning track) is a journey of curated sequenced online courses for learners to progress through mastering a particular subject, skill, or program. From the learner’s perspective, a Learning Path ensures they are working towards an overall goal/competency by completing a collection of the most relevant topics on a given subject.
There are many topics to choose from with over 30 Learning Paths available! Consider enrolling in a Learning Path today as it allows you to follow a course structure without becoming overwhelmed and keeps you on track and engaged with the course content.
