Social Media Request Form
The MaC Social Media Request Form has been updated as of March 2023
This is a brand-new form to assist library locations with their requests for items to be posted on the Metropolitan Library System Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts.

• If you would like to have a document translated, please complete the WRITTEN TRANSLATION FORM by clicking here.

Please complete the form for up to three (3) events/programs that you would like to have posted on social media. For more than three events/programs, please complete the form as many times as needed to get all events/programs submitted.
