Supervisor Approval: Please ensure you have your supervisor's approval prior to attending any instructor-led training sessions.

Enrollment Required:  Many workshops have seating or technology limitations, as well as additional information or resources that may need to be shared with you prior to the session. Therefore, enrollment is required through MetroU to reserve your seat.

Cancellation Required: Due to seating and technology limitations it is critical that learners cancel their enrollment as soon as possible to open up the seat for another learner. If you are enrolled in a workshop and call into work that day to take AVL or Sick Leave, please let your supervisor know you are enrolled in a workshop. They will contact L&D to cancel your enrollment to open the seat up for another learner.

Waitlist: In the event a workshop is full, please add yourself to the waitlist. There are occasions when staff cannot attend and will cancel. If this happens the next person on the waitlist is added to the course and notified.
