MLS Facilities Maintenance Update – April 5, 2022
Capital Projects
Belle Isle Renovation/Addition – The project is nearing completion. Punch list walks are ongoing, and shelving and furniture are being installed. The grand opening date is April 8th.

Belle Isle Renovation/Addition – Drywall work is complete and painting is ongoing. Ceiling tiles are being installed. They are currently projecting construction completion by the end of January 2022, with a completion of punch list items by February 15th.
