Reminder (Galen Boydstun, CSD): When we receive items on the pest card, it should be processed at the returned branch. Do not send it on to the branch with the hold slip. Ensure staff place withdrawn material in the Friends bin, not the ergo trolley with other material.

• Personal print jobs for staff will cost $0.10/page for black & white, $0.50/page for color

Salaried staff discussion- Erin

• Salaried staff schedules don’t have to be adjusted if staff work beyond the end of their scheduled shift (e.g., If they stay 15 minutes late one day, their schedule does not need to be flexed to make up for this time)

Happy Notes – Rondia visited the Seattle Public Library and attended an author event for astronaut Tom Jones. Kim congratulated the teams that helped with the Momma Cusses event and support of OLA table coverage.

Breaking News – Today is the last call for MLS polo shirts, the 2^nd gift will be an MLS branded lunch box. Embark bus pass grant will not be available after June 2024. Meghan Mueller will be the new Homeless Alliance Director.

Aspen UX Testing—Testing packets passed out. Can start testing any time. Larger libraries have 3 tests and smaller libraries have 2 tests. After the testing is done there is a manager survey to complete and return to Tricia. UX Testing information is due to Tricia the week of February 26^th.
