Leadership Team Minutes - July 15, 2020

Telework Procedures
Draft procedures were discussed and revised. The extent of the time available for telework was decided to be 32 hours /pay period with the employee working at least one shift /week in their normal workplace (excluding light duty and other leave situations.) Employees need to report their telework schedule in Outlook and/or Schedule Anywhere. Reporting of daily productivity while teleworking will be reported each pay period to the Supervisor (defined in telework agreement) and could be shared in the monthly PD for each employee.
Face mask
Were discussed in terms of staff dress code compliance. Masks should follow the same standards as t-shirts in the dress code. Amendments to the dress code were discussed and will be addressed in separate action and will be sent to LT for future review. Staff name badges and their use was also discussed, and future action will brought to LT for review.
COVID-19
Discussion occurred on what factors are used in determining how to proceed when an employee reports experiencing possible COVID symptoms and the impact on the other employees in that location/department. Discussion included quarantining individuals and spaces, deep cleaning, and contact tracing. Decisions to close a location temporarily for cleaning and/or quarantine depend on the CDC guidelines as of that date, which are frequently updated. It also included contact tracing by HUM.
