Guest Experiences (GX): where we are and how it works to focus on building long lasting relationships with the community. I provide an overview and describe the why we are doing it and what the results from GX should be for us in the future. In 2020, MLS approved a new set of core values for the organization. They include Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; Innovation; Integrity; People First; and Respect. Now it is time for us an organization to put the core values into action.
