All IT questions and support issues should be created via the new service portal. The portal is available 24/7/365 from any online device.
Visit https://metrolibrary.atlassian.net/servicedesk/ and log in using your Microsoft 365 credentials.
You may also email us at [email protected] or call 631-2210 to report urgent issues. Phones will be monitored during regular support hours, but on call personnel can be reached during emergency support hours as well.

How do I order supplies from IT?
IT supplies can be ordered from the new service portal. The image below is a direct link to the request form.
We have the following items ready to ship:
