Administration / Commission – Donna announced there are two vacancies on the Library Commission. Commission members Bose’ Akadiri and Tracy McGehee have both resigned. There is currently no representation for south side of Oklahoma City. Commission re-appointments will be announced July 2014. June commission packets go out Friday, June 13th.

Finance & Support – Absent

Information Technology – No New Report

Development – Diane reported Buddy Johnson, Oklahoma Collection Coordinator, built an in-house art database which organizes all of the MLS owned fine and public art. Appraisals of the artwork will appear in the art database.

The Development Department made follow-up calls to those who attended the Northwest Library cultivation event. Overall the feedback was great.

Human Resources – Absent

Materials & Outreach – No report

Outreach – Absent

Library Operations – Denyvetta reported new Belle Isle Library manager, David Newyear, started work Monday, June 9th. Denyvetta hopes to find a manager for Ralph Ellison soon.

Denyvetta attended the Neighborhood Arts’ program at Edmond Library and Ralph Ellison Library earlier this week.

Library Operations & Planning – Absent

Library Operations (Headquarters) – Candace is working on 2014 Staff Recognition Event details.

Candace is working on transitioning data from Room Manager to Spaces and contacting various customers to explain our new policy.
