Friends Grant
- Discussed the Ralph Ellison Library Friends grant to purchase 10 Kindles for a Black History Month Poetry Event.
Security Committee
- A council is being formed to discuss security at each library.
- The contract for the incident reporting software is still under review.
Kay Retirement
- Kay announced her retirement June 15, 2018.
Budget
- We discussed the budget process we will use this year. Later this week the instructions will be sent to supervisors.
Learning and Development
- Learning and Development is launching several training opportunities over the next few weeks.
A Time to Talk
- Next week the first series of Time to Talk begins and ALL staff are invited.
Class and Comp Recommendations
- The Singer Group will have 3 sessions next week for staff to attend and visit with them in-person.
