Donna welcomed Kelley Hoffman to her first Ad Team Meeting as the Director of Human Resources.

Reports

• Information Technology – Absent
• Development – Diane announced her department is working on details for three cultivation events that will take place at Southern Oaks, Northwest, and Edmond library. 
  She announced a donor meeting is taking place at Capitol Hill Library today (July 9th, 2014).
• Human Resources – Kelley and Elizabeth will attend all day training on Civil Rights – Title 7, Thursday, July 24th at the DN Library.
• MAC – Kim is collecting quotes on truck wraps with new graphics for MLS trucks and vans.
• Materials & Outreach – No New Report
• Outreach – Absent
• Library Operations – Denyvetta shared photos from last week’s Warr Acres Neighborhood Wal-Mart visit.

  Denyvetta is searching through applicants for the manager positions for Ralph Ellison, Village and Almonte Library.

• Library Operations & Planning – Absent
• Library Operations (Headquarters) – Candace is working with Spaces on Meeting Room Policies.

  Candace is continuing to work on details for the Staff Recognition Dinner scheduled for November 8th.
