We would like to announce the kick-off of our 2018 United Way Campaign, Oct. 8 - Oct. 22. Each year the library participates in the United Way campaign because we know how much United Way partner agencies do for our library customers. Our goal this year is to contribute $10,000 to United Way.

Library Card Sign-Up Month has come to a close and the numbers are in! Each of our libraries did an INCREDIBLE job promoting our library cards and we are proud of the results.
Thank you so much for the hard work and dedication you brought to a successful Summer Reading this year and to the engagement-related tasks you complete daily. This month we're celebraring Spanish Heritage Month! Use library eservices or databases to answer four questions. You'll have until the end of the month to complete the questions and either email or interoffice mail the answers to Collection Development, ATTN: Sadie.

A few weeks ago, we conducted the ODL Reference Survey. The survey ran from September 5th through September 11th. Library staff kept track of the times they helped customers with their questions and noted whether they were answering Reference or Non-Reference questions.
Thanks for all of your help in taking the time to participate in the survey!
Now that the survey is complete, we'd like to share some of the results.
