WHY: Enhancing your personal and professional communication skills is vital in today's society. Whether you are dealing with internal or external customers, having self-awareness is becoming more and more important when communicating.

Why: We communicate everyday with a wide variety of people to include our internal and external customers, other businesses, friends and family and many other types/groups of people. Communication is also one of MLS's Core Competencies.

We have reached 39% of our United Way Campaign goal! There is still time to participate in this year’s program and make a difference to non-profit agencies serving our community. The program concludes Oct. 22 and we hope to have reached our goal of $10,000 by that time. Check out your personalized United Way ePledge site to see our progress thermometer (sent in an email on Oct. 8).
EduMinutes Communication Series 3 was inadvertently launched last month and is currently in your "My Items" on your EduBrite Dashboard.
