New EduBrite Course: A Librarian's Guide to Homelessness

A new optional course in EduBrite called, “A Librarian’s Guide to Homelessness” is now available.

In these cold winter months the Library is a popular spot to escape the freezing temperatures, and as a result, our library staff may interact with more homeless customers than usual. This training course, based on the expertise of Ryan Dowd and www.homelesslibrary.com, is a resource to staff looking for ways to best meet the needs of homeless library customers.
