2018 ODL Reference Survey Results

A few weeks ago, we conducted the ODL Reference Survey. The survey ran from September 5th through September 11th. Library staff kept track of the times they helped customers with their questions and noted whether they were answering Reference or Non-Reference questions.

FREE Health Screenings and Flu Shots from Wellness Works!

Health Screenings and Flu Shots are available to ALL employees, both full- and part-time, at absolutely no cost to you.  

The Library System provides these services as a benefit of the Wellness Works Program.

Have a screening at one of the library locations OR ask us about an offsite screening that fits better with your schedule!

Health Screenings are now worth 150 Wellness Points for the 2018-2019 Wellness Year!  If you've never participated in the Wellness Points program before, this is a great way to get started!

Can't make it to one of the scheduled locations?  We offer Offsite Health Screenings and Flu Shot Vouchers so you can have access to those services -- still completely FREE -- on your own schedule!  Fill out the registration form(s) of your choice and look for those options.

Philosophy and Appreciating Customer Comments ~ WHAT?

The Collection Management Workshop 1 ~ Collection Philosophy and Inviting and Appreciating Library Customer Comments (prerequisite) now has open enrollment (for ALL staff)! Module 1 has events from October 3 to December 6th in EduBrite! This course is a prerequisite for Module 2: Weeding and Promoting Your Collection (Which is another amazing professional development opportunity of fine tune your skills).
