Administrative & Personnel Committee (Library Commission) - May 2012

Each May, the A & P Committee of the Commission reviews our compensation and benefits packages.

As you know, last year, some changes were made to leave benefits based on the analysis done last year by the Singer Group in the compensation and classification study. The A & P committee requested that staff review the health and medical analysis and bring recommendations in May of 2012.

The administration has completed their review of this final piece of the Singer analysis and made recommendations to the Committee based on that survey and our yearly analysis of MLS benefit packages.

Please be sure and read the A & P packet so that you will be aware of what is being recommended.
