Update: Wall Street Journal Live

Hello!

Now that Metro's access to the Wall Street Journal has gone live, we wanted to compare the services that the WSJ, NYT, and Washington Post provide to our customers. All three resources can be accessed on the Metro homepage by clicking on Download&Stream, or Find>Magazines & Newspapers. 

MetroU Social Learning Community: CARL Community

Today we launched the second social learning community in MetroU: CARL Community.

The purpose of the CARL Social Learning Community is to create a safe space for MLS employees to engage with each other about CARL. As your moderator, I will share new content in the blog space in either CARL.X, CARL.Connect, or Upgrades each Monday. I’ll respond to questions/posts on Thursdays, maybe more if I can. At any point you have an immediate need, please continue to reach out to the Help Desk. If you need a response from me before Thursday, please send me an email.

Wall Street Journal ePub coming to MLS

Hello!     

We are excited to say that on February 1st, MLS will acquire access to the Wall Street Journal's website and digitially published paper. We foresee this resource being an asset to the communities we serve. We have been provided with a free trial so that staff may become familiar with the product and become comfortable helping MLS customers with their questions.
