As you may know, library administration will be working on a new strategic plan beginning in the fall of 2015, and we will be extending our current plan through the budget year 2015-16 (ending June 2016). In order to help identify some of the items we should work on over the next year, and to provide some preliminary information for this autumn’s strategic planning initiative, we have prepared a short survey to get your input. Please feel free to answer any or all of the questions below. There are no right or wrong answers – we’re looking for your thoughts and ideas to help shape the services we will deliver, how we should deliver them, and why they are important to you and the community we serve. We will share the responses back with you, along with our analysis, by the second week in April in order to get some further comments. Thanks in advance for your input.
