Amazon order (John Rahhal)—Amazon has an optional approval workflow similar to Staples. Libraries/Departments would use the same Intacct submitters. Submitters would build a cart and then submit to Managers for approval. Items would be held in the cart for seven days. We would use work email to access the Business Office Amazon account. Library Managers will be able to go into the program and designate their RD as approver when gone on vacation.
