‘Breaking News’

  • Personal print jobs for staff will cost $0.10/page for black & white, $0.50/page for color

Salaried staff discussion- Erin

  • Salaried staff schedules don’t have to be adjusted if staff work beyond the end of their scheduled shift (e.g., If they stay 15 minutes late one day, their schedule does not need to be flexed to make up for this time)

Inviting to monthly staff meetings- Mark

  • Invite your RD and Susan to each monthly meeting. They will attend if/when their schedule allows.

PITS emails/Welcome Back Conversations – Mark

  • We don’t need to send an email when a welcome back conversation has occurred.

911 calls – Dennis

  • Branches and departments will start testing our ability to call 911 on a quarterly basis. Dennis recommends we add this task to the quarterly safety checklist. If you cannot successfully call 911, email Dennis and submit a ticket to the Helpdesk.
  • Fire inspections start the last week of September. OKCFD will visit locations to test the alarms.

Reminder Damaged Items- Tracie

  • When you have a damaged item, unless it’s in the Black History Collection or the Holocaust Resource Center, withdraw it. Don’t send it to the owning location.

Summer Reading Committee- Kimberly

  • OES has 5 Summer Reading subcommittees accepting applications for the 2025 SRP. Applications are due by September 23 and require supervisor approval. Visit this Intranet page for more information.
