Procedures

Complaint Resolution procedures list the appropriate steps for presenting employee or volunteer complaints regarding conditions of work, interpretation of policies and procedures, or any other personnel matter related to employment that is not specifically covered by the grievance or civil rights policies.

The Metropolitan Library System (“Library System”) is committed to providing favorable working conditions for its employees. The purpose of the Complaint Resolution policy is to encourage an open and frank atmosphere in which employee problems and complaints receive a timely response.
