Outcomes: To discuss topics/tasks related to Access staff to ensure that staff and members have a consistent experience across the system.
Discussion:
- Attendees welcomed Tricia Andrews as the incoming Manager of Access and Mark Schuster as the newest Regional Director.
- We discussed how to deliver an appraisal including talking points for various scenarios.
