Outcomes: To discuss topics/tasks related to Access staff to ensure that staff and members have a consistent experience across the system.

Discussion:

• Attendees welcomed Tricia Andrews as the incoming Manager of Access and Mark Schuster as the newest Regional Director.
• We discussed how to deliver an appraisal including talking points for various scenarios.

Janeal Walker, Workgroup Lead, asked for volunteers and described the goal of this workgroup.

Outcomes: To discuss CarlX permissions, learn how to handle formerly centralized Access tasks, learn how to handle merging and deleting accounts.
