Lee Brawner Scholarship Fall 2013

Lee B. Brawner Scholarship applications for the Fall 2013 semester will be accepted by the Human Resources Office through August 9, 2013.
 
Full-Time employees who have successfully completed the six month performance appraisal period prior to the beginning of the fall semester are eligible to apply.  Details of the scholarship program and application forms are available on the INTRANET under Human Resources > Benefits > Scholarships.

Flexible Spending Account with MAA Update

MAA is in the process of running the first Flex claims this week.  You can access your account online anytime by visiting the MAA website. Each participant needs to follow the registration instructions (included in the MAA Flexible Spending Account Welcome Packet) to access their account the first time.

Updated RFP for 330 Account

As LaVetta Dent, Jana Hausburg and Julie Ballou shared at the May 2013 Manager of Library Operations meeting, there is a newly formed committee, convened on an as-need basis at the request of the Deputy Executive Director of Library Operations.  The committee’s goal is to assist managers in managing the library resources by reviewing both direct and indirect costs, reviewing current procedures, identifying new approaches and developing tools and guidelines.  The name of the committee is PIE (Procedures and Implementation, Evolved).
