Safety Audit Checklist
The following ready-to-use checklists will help you comply with OSHA regulations. Audits range from single to multiple page inspections, indicated by the page numbers at the bottom center of each inspection.
Every inspection topic within the audit is presented as a yes or no question, with all “no” answers determining areas or items of noncompliance. If an inspection topic does not apply to your facility, leave both the yes and not answer block unmarked.
For all inspection topics that are not in compliance with OSHA regulations, record the inspection number in the column on the right side of the page along with the date that the maintenance request was sent.
Record any notes you may have in the space provided at the end of each page.
Use the audit checklists annually to review OSHA compliance. Continue to use the MLS Quarterly Facility Inspection to ensure safety and proper maintenance of your facility.
