EduMinutes - NEW Series - Communication Series 1 2018 (OPT)

Why:  We communicate everyday with a wide variety of people to include our internal and external customers, other businesses, friends and family and many other types/groups of people. Communication is also one of MLS's Core Competencies.

​"Expresses and receives information and ideas successfully; demonstrates emotional intelligence to communicate effectively with individuals of varied backgrounds and interests; keeps current with Library activity and appropriately asks questions/shares input; keeps others informed about issues that affect them."

This series on Communication will give you ideas and insights based on research and industry standards. The series contains short video vingettes taken from different Lynda.com courses and compiled based on topic/idea (presenters may not be the same).

EduMintues are optional (OPT) and will appear in EduBrite under "My Items". Should you elect not to view, you can uneroll/unsubscribe at any time from that series.  

Should you view the video vignettes, they will appear on your EduBrite transcipt and be considered professional development.

Series 1 is only 14(m) 55(s) and deals with the Four Building Blocks
