I really like this idea for reaching all staff with important information. (I did find the beeping music in the background distracting.)
Yes.....I liked it! Formal information but in an informal setting. If these continue can they be easily saved and accessed in one spot on the intranet?
I think that would be great!
Thank you for trying this. I really enjoyed watching the video and listening to the details. Your presentation and tone were helpful and pleasant.
I'm for anything that increases staff awareness. This seems like a great way to get information to people who go cross-eyed reading long policy documents.
(I appreciate that the documents are linked here also, as I am that annoying person who loves reading long policy documents.)
I enjoyed this method of communication! It was friendly, helpful and a relaxed approach! Well done!
I loved this, it adds that personal touch that a posting cannot provide! Thank you
Kudos!!!
This is an awesome idea that reaches throughout the system. Kudos to those who did such a great job in putting this video together.
I loved this video format! Please continue releasing information this way!
I feel this is an excellent way to communicate with staff. Kudos for presenting us with the information we need in a visual way. Yes, please keep the news coming this way!!!
Yes, I enjoyed the video format to communicate system-wide changes and draw attention to the additional written materials. Your summary was helpful, and I enjoyed the personal touch.
Thank you.
Thank you I enjoyed the video and like the fact that this could be a method of communicating with all of us. Much more personal than emails.
The video format made the content more accessible and meaningful. Thank you for taking the time to do this! Is it possible to have closed captions on future videos?
There was a quick turn for this production, but next time we will try to include the closed caption. Making our video accessible is certainly important to us. Thank you for bringing that up!
The transcript and the option to view closed captions are now available! Thank you for the suggestion!
Great friendly format! Love it.
This is the perfect format for sharing information to all employees. Good thinking, leadership!
Hello and great to see you. I think this is a great idea to pass information and connect with employees. It would be nice to have close caption for those who may want to read it or for those who are hearing impaired. I feel that moving forward this will be a good tool for the company as a whole.
Thank you

I agree! Next time we will make sure there is plenty of time to make sure the video also has closed caption. Making the videos accessible is certainly important. Thank you for your comment!
The transcript and the option to view closed captions are now available on the video! Thank you for the suggestion!
I love this way of sharing information. The video was wonderful and very eye-catching when scrolling through the intranet.
I think videos can add a little life to our communications- so thanks for making this effort! I was wondering about the possibility of adding a transcript at the end? Occasionally, I will want to review a bit of information- and with videos, it can be harder to scan for specific info. I ran into this some with the summer reading videos. I think a transcript added below would be helpful, if at all possible.
Thanks for asking for feedback!
A link to the transcript has been added under the video. Thank you for your suggestion!
I love this additional form of communication with MLS staff. Kay is a natural in front of the camera. I hope this is the first of many more to come in the future. Kudos to everyone involved in this video production.
Thank you for your input about the video approach to disseminating info across the organization. I hear that you think it's helpful so we will continue to incorporate this approach.
