You may have noticed a new starting pay rate in HUM's recent recruitment announcements for Access Specialists. In May, Administration recommended increasing the minimum pay for salary grade 31 positions from $13.46 per hour to $14.13 per hour. This change was approved as part of the final budget and went into effect on October 2.
