Training Times - September 2013

Welcome to the September edition of Training Times!  We have so many exciting training opportunities and events coming in the next two months, including FOCUS!  Many of you have been inquiring about Emotional Intelligence training with Dr. Tom Massey. Due to high demand, we've scheduled one for October 29 at ED.  If you're unable to attend this date, don't fret! You'll have another opportunity to take it on January 29, 2014.

Welcome to the August edition of Training Times! It's hard to believe that Summer Reading is over! Today also marks the first day of school for OKC Public Schools.  After a lull in trainings during the months of June and July, PLA is gearing up for a busy late summer and fall training schedule.  We hope to see you in one or more trainings soon!

Training Times - April 2013

Hello Staff! 

Welcome to another Training Times update.  This month will offer plenty of great trainings for staff, including classes on Child and Young Adulthood Development.  These two trainings will be taught by Dr. Jane Humphries, adjunct instructor at UCO and SNU.  The class on Child Development will take place on April 24 at the Midwest City Library.  The class on Young Adulthood Development will happen on May 8 at the Downtown Library.  For more information on enrollment and class descriptions, please see below.
