Shelving Training Revamp

We have changes coming to the Shelving Training courses that will launch June 27. We’ve received feedback the training is long, repetitive, and intense for both new and existing staff. In January we made changes to the shelving order rules to reduce the complexity and number of rules to simplify shelving. This was the start of making shelving training easier. As we continue to onboard new staff, we want to focus on retention and reducing the amount of training. We are also taking this opportunity to move toward removing the divisions of access and engagement.
