Weekly Beanstack Tip #3: Badges/Prizes Not Showing Up?

We’ve had a few instances where members did not click the “Pre-Register” button for Summer Reading once they set up their account. New users will not encounter this issue… this would affect users who signed up before June 1st. Beanstack has already completed a work around to automatically enroll new users in their specific program based on age.

Beanstack’s staff has gone in and manually assigned everyone a Summer Reading program for those who may not have clicked “pre-register”. If we have some members who are somewhere on the spectrum of adding time and not pre-registering and badges not triggering, this is what we are recommending: delete existing log entries and relog them. Relogging their reading will trigger the Goal 1 and/or Goal 2 badge and allow staff to award their incentives.
