First Day of Summer Reading!
Happy first day of Summer Reading everyone!
As of this morning, 2,370 people have registered for our 2020 Summer Reading Program! Thank you to everyone for your great work promoting our biggest system-wide program of the year despite our recent closure and phased reopening. Your hard work shows!
Below are some important reminders to keep in mind:
Make sure to add a copy of the SR direct mailer and a copy of the weekly curbside activity guide (updated weekly) to every curbside bag: System Created Content
Summer Reading training must be completed by end of day, Wednesday, June 10.
Please refer to the Summer Reading Intranet page for information about changes to our SR program this year and other helpful information.
Please let EPS know what questions you have and what support you need over the upcoming months. We are here to help! We are working with Planning and Assessment to keep you posted on Summer Reading stats throughout June and July and will be sharing helpful tips and tricks via the Intranet as well.

Would there be a way to have the direct mailer become a half sheet or a full 8 1/2 x 11?
Hi Sarah,
I asked that question too then found a way to make it all fit on one 8.5 x 11. Once you hit print, select More Settings>Scale>Fit to Paper. Also select Two-Sided> Flip on Short Edge.
