Intranet Updates
Good Morning Everyone!
Just wanted to let you know of a couple of updates on the MyMetrolibrary.
New Login Central
You will notice a new login section has been added on MyMetrolibrary. We have removed the three separate logins for MyMetrolibrary, Webmail, and MetroU and combined them plus others into one easy to use dropdown. Simply use the dropdown arrow to connect to the site you wish to login. The site will redirect you to the login for your selected site. If we have missed a site, please let us know and we will be happy to add it to the dropdown menu.
Updated Help Menu
Do not be alarmed, we have not deleted the ILS & Email help sections. We simply reorganized our navigation and placed them under the Help menu. This will allow us to continue to grow our Help section and provide an easier place to find items in the future. We have also placed SignUp & Spaces under the Help menu.

Thanks for posting this. We've received quite a few calls already in IT asking what happened to the webmail login.
I love that you combined all the various websites into a single menu since there are so many sites the staff have to remember. This is better than having them bookmark each one or save a shortcut to the desktop, because if the address changes for any of those, you will only have to update it in once place.
It's always good to know what happened! Kellie - even Simone was asking! :-)

This is really helpful. I am one of those people John Utley was talking about that has been adding the links to my favorites bar so I could find them quickly. Now I don't have to keep those up-to-date anymore!
Thanks Kellie, I appreciated your post ... I immediately thought I "broke" something in IE when none of the links were visible ... Always good to know that the only problem is the "screw loose behind the keyboard" ... in other words ME ;) Thanks again.

This is a wonderful way to organize the site and I love it! I would like to note that you have to have your pop-up blocker turned off for the outside sites to open. Or, at least that's the way it is on my computer!
