As of this afternoon, we are up to 10,325 Summer Reading participants, with over half of those participants logging their reading. We are 46% of the way towards meeting our community goal of 8 million points, with participants logging 4,284,046 points thus far in our Summer Reading challenge!
End of Summer Reading Posters
End of Summer posters have been routed out! This year's posters provide info about prize pickup and timelines. PDF versions can also be found on the Intranet: End of Summer Poster-Spanish and End of Summer-English.
Summer Reading Volunteer Art Contest
This year our Summer Reading Teen Volunteers have the opportunity to design their Summer Reading Teen Volunteer Recognition T-shirts!
T-shirt design contest details have been shared with all Summer Reading Teen Volunteers and Summer Reading Teen Volunteer Supervisors. Teens have until midnight, July 1 to submit ORIGINAL artwork for consideration. The winning entry will be selected by the Staff & Volunteer Summer Reading Subcommittee by July 7 and shirts will be made available for teen volunteers to pickup in August.
