Summer Reading Display & Programming Forms Open February 6th-16th

Hi Engagement Staff and Library Management Team,
Planning for Summer Reading 2020: Imagine Your Story is underway and the In-Library Engagement Summer Reading Subcommittee has a couple of exciting announcements to share with you!
Announcement 1
Summer Reading Displays & More
The In-Library Engagement Summer Reading Subcommittee has created a menu of items (photo backdrops, STEM program guides, and materials for displays & passive programming) for you all to order from to assist with promoting this year's Summer Reading Program.
Please note that other types of Summer Reading supplies and an In-Library Engagement Toolkit will be made available at a later date.
Summer Reading Display Orders Being Accepted February 6-February 16
EPS will be accepting orders for these items Thursday, February 6 through Sunday, February 16.
To view the order form please visit: https://metrolibrary.wufoo.com/forms/sr-2020-display-passive-programming-order-form/. Please only submit one form per library location.
To ensure good stewardship of MLS funds, EPS will order just enough supplies to meet the numbers requested on all order forms. EPS anticipates routing these supplies to library locations in April so you can use the materials to start promoting Summer Reading in May for pre-registration.
Budget
These supplies are being provided at no cost to your location's budget.
Please note that EPS will not be accepting orders for display materials after the order form has closed end of day, February 16. If your location misses the order window and would like to order display supplies, EPS will be happy to share order information with you so that you can place your own order using your location's budget.
Announcement 2
Special Collections Summer Reading Programming

EPS will be accepting requests for these programs Thursday, February 6 through Sunday, February 16.
To view the order form please visit: https://metrolibrary.wufoo.com/forms/special-collections-sr-programming/. Please only submit one form per library location. Requests will be accommodated on a first-come basis.
Budget
