Report Procedures

  1. Log into the Beanstack software using your location’s admin account login and password (provided via email to the library managers)
  2. Click Administrative Access
  3. Select Reports
  4. From the list provided, select the report that best meets your needs
  5. Complete the requested information to generate report
  6. A display of results will be displayed at the bottom of the page (see below) or you can select to Download as a CSV/Excel file
  7. If you Select CSV/Excel the system will notify you that the report to be sent to your email address
  8. Open the file from your email account to view the data.  You may choose to filter, sort, etc. the data as needed.

    NOTE: In this report you can see the number of total registrations as well as the total number of profiles. These numbers are different as they reflect individuals who created an account and then added readers under that same account (i.e. family members, groups, etc.). Use total profiles to see how many total people have signed up for Summer Reading.
  9. Repeat these same procedures for the various General Reports in Beanstack. There are also Program Reports contained in this list that will be utilized at the end of the program. Jon Rollman in Planning will be conducting various reports throughout the program as well.
