Imagine Your Story Tip of the Week: Prize Pickup Updates & End of Summer Reading Promotion

We officially have 2 weeks of Summer Reading left to go! Below are some helpful updates from EPS.

August Prize Pickup starts August 1 and ends August 31

• EPS and PSLT have worked together to craft best practices and basic guidelines regarding Summer Reading Prize Pickup. This information was sent to all Engagagement Managers, Library Managers, Regional Directors, and CIS last week. Using these best practices and guidelines, local management teams at each library location will work together over the upcoming weeks to develop a prize pickup action plan that best meets the needs of their staff and customers. If you have questions about the prize pickup process please reach out to your local management team.

End of Summer Promotion 

• EPS and MAC have created End of Summer Reading Promo Posters that you can add to curbside bags for customers. These posters can be found by visiting the SR Intranet page and clicking on the Downloads tab OR by visiting the All Engagement SharePoint Curbside Folder. They can be printed in 11x17 or 8.5x11 formats.
