Imagine Your Story Tip of the Week: Prize Pickup in August

Summer Reading prize pickup will look a bit different this year! While we have not determined the final logistics for prize pickup in August, we are working on those details and will keep all staff posted. 

End of Summer Promo Posters (prize pickup dates included) 

In the meantime and in preparation of entering Phase III on June 29, EPS and MAC have created an End of Summer Reading Promo Poster that you all can display for customers in July. These posters can be found by visiting the SR Intranet page and clicking on the Downloads tab. They can be printed in 11x17 or 8.5x11 formats.

The direct mailers that you are adding to curbside bags to promote Summer Reading also have prize pickup dates listed for our customers!

Daycares & Large Groups 

Due to our altered prize pickup dates for Summer Reading 2020 and a Summer Reading supply ordering system that does not look like it has in the past, please encourage any groups that you have contact with to use the Group function in BeanStack. We will run reports on group numbers to adjust item amounts (books/bags/waivers) that we send out in July for August pickup.
