1 Week Till Summer Reading!

We are less than 1 week away from the launch of our Summer Reading program—All Together Now!
As in past years, OES and the Staff & Volunteer Engagement SR Subcommittee will share out weekly updates throughout June/July to help answer frequently asked questions and provide timely updates.
Here are some questions we have received recently in our office:
Q: Do we need to put "gift from the FOL" stickers on the prize books? I didn't see the stickers anywhere in the supply catalog.
A: No need! The books were not funded by the Friends this year, they were bought with our regular budget. Thanks for checking!
Q: Are the "Activities" for the summer reading challenge the same as they were last year?
A: Yes, the activities are mostly the same as last year. There have been a few updates. You can find the printable activity logs on the website: https://www.metrolibrary.org/summerreading or in the Downloads folder on the SR Intranet page.
Here are some general reminders:

-Make sure to check out all the available download's for this summer, including a couple new email signature graphics: https://my.metrolibrary.info/drupal/summer_reading/downloads.
-Supply information can be found here and has been emailed out to Library Management Teams by Teresa.
-Bonfire shirts and totes are available to order all throughout Summer Reading by staff: https://www.bonfire.com/sr-totes-2023/; https://www.bonfire.com/summer-reading-2023/.
