An overall timeline will be shared out shortly. The timeline for tasks assigned to each subcommittee will be determined by that subcommittee based on the overall timeline and guidance from OES.

SharePoint will be created this week and shared out to all committee members.

Communication/Subcommittee Feedback – Jessica

Minutes from subcommitees should be shared with Jessica monthly; calendar reminders will be shared out. An internal comms form will also be shared out to help coordinate systemwide communications.
