Topic: Preliminary planning discussion for future move back to renovated Belle Isle Library
- Overview:
- Projected construction completion date January 2022. Ready for full reopening March 2022.
- IT will need to know as soon as they are able to access and set up furniture as they need to know the order for equipment to be moved in.
- Collection Services will need to know as soon as possible when to stop sorting for Belle Isle temporary location.
- Delivery drivers will need to know when to stop delivering to Belle Isle temporary location.
- Discussion regarding the temporary book drop: once moved out of the temp Belle Isle location, the book drop will be picked up and taken back to the Service Center to be cleaned up and to have a new logo added.
