Summer Reading Week 3 Updates

• As of this afternoon, 11,929 community members have signed up for our Summer Reading program!
• Beanstack Checkbox Issue 
  • From Kellie Delaney, SPP
    • "I have been notified by a few locations there may be an issue with Beanstack not showing checkboxes to award prizes on individual reader accounts. I'm not sure what's happened, but I have a solution that should help. To fix this issue, please log out of Beanstack, clear your browser's cache, and restart the browser. Navigate back to Beanstack and login again.  The checkboxes should show up. If they do not, please send a screenshot of Beanstack page. I'll also need to know if you were logged in or if you used some other account (volunteer's or supervisor's) so I can troubleshoot and look at permissions." 
• SR Program Cancelations
  • OES is converting systemwide summer programs as they occur. If for any reason your scheduled program does not happen, please let Kristin Williamson know ASAP so she does not convert that program. We can work with the presenting organization to reschedule, or we can leave it as cancelled. Programs scheduled by OES include Science Museum Oklahoma, Neighborhood Arts, OKC Museum of Arts, and Museum of Osteology programs.
• Beanstack Tandems
  • OKCPS and MLS can connect reader accounts with a feature they call Tandems. It's still enabled from last year. The first time an OKCPS student logs in to their Beanstack account, they should be able to opt in. Then anything they log will count for both programs. They'll still have to enroll in our SRP, but the logging part should be easy. An overview can be found here. The detailed guides about Tandems are live on the SR Intranet pages under Downloads.
