Final Summer Reading Statistics

The last of our Summer Reading prizes have been picked up, materials have been routed back to EPS, and our Read It Forward recipients will soon be receiving their donations. As the back end of Summer Reading 2019 continues to wrap up, EPS would like to share our final Summer Reading statistics. 

30,230 readers signed up for Summer Reading 2019 (that's a 7% increase in signups from last year and our highest number ever) and logged a grand total of 25,612,009 minutes (that’s a 26% increase in minutes logged from last year and our highest number ever)!

While we didn’t hit all of our systemwide benchmarks this year, that’s ok! Everyone still did an amazing job and we now know how to better identify benchmarks that will help us gauge success for our 2020 Summer Reading program.
