Collection Management Training REQUIRED.. Read on

The Collection Management Workshop Series is now REQUIRED (REQ) for:

  • Engagement Managers 
  • Access Managers
  • Library Manager

All Public Service Staff are encouraged to attend (with supervisor permission). However, this is now a requirement for the above-mentioned managers.

The required workshops consist of

  • Module 1: Collection Philosophy and Inviting and Appreciating Library Customer Comments (pre-requisite for Module 2)
  • Module 2: Weeding and Promoting Your Collection (prerequisite for Module 3)
  • Module 3: Collection Management for Managers (only managers can attend this session).

There are 15 workshops available for Module 1 running from October 3 to December 6.
