The Big Library Read belongs to the Goats

Goats have invaded Overdrive for this year’s Big Library Read. From April 2^nd to April 16^th customers will be able to read or listen to Jennifer McGaha’s Flat Broke with Two Goats alongside hundreds of other readers – no holds necessary!

Jennifer McGaha’s memoir about overcoming financial debt and creating a new life in a one-hundred-year-old cabin is both moving and hilarious. Jennifer is unflinchingly honest in her description of their experience but also maintains a positive attitude as she learns how to raise chickens, manage a homestead and, yes, acquire and take care of several adorable goats.
