Training Videos & Assessment

** Training assessments will be live beginning on Wednesday, April 27th **

To help meet our Oklahoma Department of Libraries requirement for training, we have added Summer Reading training requirements to your Metro U account. All staff, who did not attend one of the face-to-face sessions held at various libraries across the system, will need to watch the five Summer Reading overview video posted on the Intranet. After the videos are viewed, you will log into your Metro U account and mark these trainings complete. Once you have completed this action you will be able to access your assigned training assessment.

If your position falls under Public Services,  you will be asked to complete additional training vidoes regarding the administrative functions of the Beanstack software. The information from these videos will be included in your assessment.

All staff are required to score a minimum of 80% on the assessment to receive training credit. The training components and assessment should be completed by staff no later than Tuesday, May 31st*.

* Staff hired after June 1st should complete the Summer Reading training within two weeks of their hire date.
