Troubleshooting Accounts 2025 Workshop Dates

Troubleshooting Accounts consists of completing an online course and attending an instructor-led workshop. This training will teach GS staff about blocked accounts, statuses, notes, and merging accounts. After completing this course you will learn how to: 

• Identify the four ways an account becomes over threshold.
• Access when and how to use Claims Never Had.
• Analyze notes on the account for relevancy.
• Merge accounts.
• Determine why fines/fees are on an account.
• Handle routine circulation problems.
