Two New CARL Courses in MetroU

I am excited to share we have two new courses on CARL in MetroU:  

• CARL.Connect User Searching 
• CARL.Connect Create New User 

These courses are perfect for staff who use CARL.Connect at Outreach events or for staff wanting to expand their comfort level in CARL.Connect.  

• CARL.Connect User Searching training will teach you how to search for users in CARL.Connect. Objectives include determine what type of search to perform based on the information given and recognize when to do a wildcard search. 
• CARL.Connect Create New User training will teach you the basics of creating a new user account in CARL.Connect. Objectives include apply account formatting best practices when creating accounts and create a new user account in CARL.Connect 

Both courses are estimated to take approximately 25 minutes to complete.  

Library Management Team members: you will find an updated scenario guide, links to the courses, and master CARL offerings in the CARL Training folder on LMT SharePoint.
