Hello Mary, This is Jessica Morris, Chair of Staff Association. What a great question you brought to us. The money goes to your local branches Staff Association Representative. If your branch doesn't have one, please see about designating someone at your branch that can receive the payments and attend our December meeting at the Capitol Hill library meeting. If you find something willing to collect money for us have them email me at [email protected] and I will talk with them more about it.
